Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
